Our facilities are capable of handling many different processes. Our stamping division is able to perform single line, transfer and progressive stamping capabilities. Our various stamped components manufacturing capabilties includes roller rocker arms, rocker arm assemblies, roller finger followers, fuel injector clamps, and brake drums. We can extend our metalforming capabilities to include many other complex stampings and assemblies.
Our other plants are home to our turning, heat treatment, ID and OD end grinding and superfinishing processes. We build much of our own automated assembly equipment. We also produce cam follower components and assemblies for automotive and heavy-duty diesel applications, including but not limited to rollers, axles and roller tappets.
We provide creative solutions through our continuous innovation. Our facilities are equipped with state of the art equipment to continuously maintain quality and cost competitiveness. These achievements and more are just some of the ways we create value for all of our customers.
Our company has invested over $1.2M on the newest technology in metal stamping with precise control over the metal forming process resulting in tight tolerance control and improved efficiency.
